SARAH JOACHIM daughter of Abraham Joachim and Reyna Ottolanguiwas born 19 November 1883 in Prahran, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. regno 4626, and died 25 October 1966. She married JOSEPH SYDNEY COWEN (previously Cohen) on 11th March 1908 at the Empire Hall, South Yarra, Victoria, Australia. regno 2321.  Joseph was born on 28th January 1884 at 415 Elizabeth Street, Sydney, NSW, Australia and died on 12th April 1960 in Victoria, Australia.

Joseph Cohen changed his name by Deed Poll on 18th December 1901 to Joseph Sydney Cowen.
Joseph's middle name, Sydney, was given in memory of the trip his mother took from Port Macquarie to Sydney for his birth, she was about 47 years.

HAROLD PHILLIP COWEN Born on the 3rd April 1916  Prahran, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia; Died on the 9th April 1998, Victoria, Australia.  He married Joyce Hannah Solomon on the 21-12-1949 at the St Kilda Synagogue, Victoria, Australia. She was born 24 November 1916 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia and died 9th March 1997 in Victoria, Australia.
